Dante's Portable Pedal Power Bicycle Generator attaches easily to your bike and gives you the capability to bring pedal power where ever you ride your bike. Not unlike the old bike generators for your bike light. The one we have built produces a lot more power.

Generator

The generator rubs against the side of the rear wheel of the bike, much like the old bike generators for head lights. A thumb shift allows you to engage and disengage as needed.

Regulator

The regulator regulates the power out of the generator. It contains a diode and an ultra capacitor that allows time to switch peddlers while running the system. The diode regulayes the voltage to DC volts. The Capacitor also stabilizes the voltage of the system.

Indicator

Center Stand

Operation
The bike is on a center stand that keeps the back tire off the ground so that it spins freely and stablizes the bike.
The generator is turned by the spinning of the rear wheel while the bike is on the center stand.
The power that the Bicycle Generator puts out is real time. When the peddler stops there in no power from the system. It is not a simple battery charger, but it can be used as a battery charger.See R&D
