Wear and Tear on Tire
Improve rub roller alignment and tension. Modify rub roller design.
Over Charging of Capacitor
A capacitor protection circuit that has low standby drain would solve this problem. R&D
Unstable Center stand
The Center Stand has been revised many times. The final production model will solve this problem.
Unstable Ground
New adjustable feet in the final model will solve this problem.
Not Enough Power
Rub roller tension is one of the fixes. Possibly upgrade to a larger generator.
Bad Connections (inverter, indicators, regulator, DLG)
Production mounting will solve this problem. New robust connectors for the power out, in production model.
Faulty Indicators
Production built indicators will solve this problem.
Down Hill Charging Not Effective
There is a problem with the how quickly the battery can take a charge. The right battery and the right charge controller will solve this problem. R&D
Bad Start Times with band
Better indicators for peddlers and stand by music could solve this problem
Cabling in the Way
Standard bike and stage layout patterns, and power cable connection location in final production model will solve this problem.
Observing Capacitor Status
A quick release indicator, built into regulator enclosure in final production model will solve this problem.
